How to raise a complaint

Write to grievance@oyebuddy.in with:

1. your name and the email address on your Oye Buddy account;
2. what happened, with the profile name and date (screenshots help);
3. what you would like us to do.

You can also use Report in any chat for problems with another user.

Our timelines

• We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• We resolve it within 15 days of receipt.
• Complaints about content that exposes someone's private area, shows nudity or sexual acts, or impersonates someone (including morphed images) are acted on within 24 hours of receipt, as required by Rule 3(2)(b) of the IT Rules 2021.

If you are not satisfied with our response to a personal-data complaint, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
